Major Activities :
- Facilitate sessions on community feedback mechanism (CFM) that will be utilized in receiving and addressing beneficiaries’ and non-beneficiaries’ reports and queries.
- Reports on barriers to facilitate disability inclusion in the implementation of the activities.
- Assess, mitigate and report on protection risks encountered during implementation by specifying the risks and implications on beneficiaries.
- Provision of protection guidance to beneficiaries through individual/group sessions
- Report on individual / Household protection and non-protection issues identified and referred during program activities.
- Conducts awareness and psychosocial support sessions for community members targeted by the project in the area of implementation;
- Share information on Key protection messages, PSEA, gender equality, rights, and protection services available to beneficiaries both within B&Z and through external partners and agencies.
- Referring beneficiaries into appropriate services inside and outside B&Z Organization.
- Keep detailed narrative and statistics records and provide timely reports as requested
- Networking with humanitarian organizations, institutions, societies, and others to support beneficiaries to obtain the required service.
- Attend relevant meetings and training.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Working within the principles of the Code of Conduct.
- Ensuring that beneficiaries have access to the appropriate service.
- Ensuring that the Foundation’s team interacts with beneficiaries within the principles of the B&Z, especially preserving dignity and avoiding psychological harm.
- Achieving the required number of beneficiaries at the end of the program while ensuring the quality of work.
- Ensure that a safe environment is provided for the child in the institution and the school.
- Create positive communication with the team.
Delegation of Authority: Reporting in Case of any violation in Safe Guarding Policy.
Education & Experience :
- University degree in Sociology or Psychology
- Work experience of not less than two years in the field of psychosocial support
- Experience working with organizations
- Participate in training courses and workshops on protection (early marriage, child labor, domestic violence, and SGBV.
