الوصف

Responsibilities
 
-Maintain all financial files.
-Provide help with the Food Voucher System.
-Prepare payment vouchers.
-Processing all the financial payments and control the expenditures.
-Preparing the staff payroll and advances.
-Doing weekly petty cash inventories.
-Providing support in preparing and controlling budgets.
-Providing assistance for the financial team in all matters regarding finance.
-Archiving the financial documents and checking them against TdH Italy’s Internal Procedures.
-Keeping track of the financial documents (hard and soft copies) and storing these documents in a secure and easy to access areas.
-Undertake any other duties that may be requested by the line manager.

Qualifications
 
-Business Administration or Equivalent.
-Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
-Excellent command on the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,….)
