Jusoor Hardship Fund منح جسور هاردشب

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

•  Be a Syrian national possessing either a Syrian passport or Syrian national ID card
•  Be currently enrolled in an academic program pursuing a bachelor or master degree at any accredited academic institution outside of Syria
•  Have completed at least half (50%) of the course credit required for graduation
•  Have a GPA of 3.0 or better
•  Have relevant volunteer and/or work experience to the field of study

Selection criteria:

•  Academic achievement
•  Personal achievement
•  Demonstrate financial need
•  Interest in and commitment towards rebuilding Syria

A maximum amount of USD$10,000 will be disbursed. In principle, this equals 2 Hardship Fund Scholarships, each up to USD$5,000. Although it is not possible to exceed the limit defined, it is possible to award scholarships of smaller amounts.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Submit the linked application form by 13 November 2020.

Incomplete applications, applications missing required documents or submissions past the deadline will not be considered. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances due to the high applications volume.

هذه المنحة مفتوحة لطلاب الجامعات السورية المسجلين حاليًا في المؤسسات الأكاديمية خارج سوريا والمعرضين لخطر التسرب بسبب الحاجة المالية.

يجب على المتقدمين تلبية المعايير التالية:

أن يكون مواطنًا سوريًا ويحمل جواز سفر سوريًا أو بطاقة هوية وطنية سورية
أن تكون مسجلاً حاليًا في برنامج أكاديمي للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في أي مؤسسة أكاديمية معتمدة خارج سوريا
أكمل ما لا يقل عن نصف (50٪) من رصيد الدورة المطلوبة للتخرج
لديك معدل تراكمي 3.0 أو أفضل
لديك متطوع و / أو خبرة عملية ذات صلة بمجال الدراسة
