DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement SARC servers from scratch and orchestrate the IT servers and services to provide the best performance and availability for current and future needs.
• Restructure SARC server’s to work in a flexible and centralized virtualization environment.
• Configure and install Domain controller, DHCP, DNS and file servers on Windows server 2016 and set all required users and computers security and use policies.
• Install and deploy IT administration software to monitor, audit and manage the server operating systems using Linux, Windows and third-party applications.
• Create daily, weekly and contingency backup plans for servers and services.
• Enhance internal system administration documentation and procedures.
• Manage HP, QNAP and Netgear NAS storages.
• Manage Office 365 Users, SharePoint, Drive, Teams, and Security.
• Work with Ansible, Docker and any on-demand technologies and environments to serve any project’s needs.
• Deploy, maintain and manage servers as follows:
• Virtualization Servers: VMware ESXi 6.5 and VCenter 6.5
• Infrastructure Servers: AD, DHCP, DNS, File servers, Audit.
• Backup Servers: Veritas backup exec and Duply.
• Web servers: IIS, Apache, Nginx, and Tomcat.
• Database servers: MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Antivirus server: Kaspersky Security Centre.
• Data Collection: Open Data Kit (ODK).
• Monitoring Servers: OPManager and Zabbix.
• Other Servers: Ticketing Systems, Dameware remote support, Al-Ameen, and Access Control.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3-5 years of system administration experience
• Manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Analytical skills to define and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with IT stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, or equivalent
• Knowledge and understanding of standard Infrastructure technologies, in particular but not limited to: SAN, NAS, Backup, Virtualisation, Thin Client computing, High Availability techniques.
• Familiar with Linux.
• Ability and willingness to multi-task and work in an often high-pressure environment with deadlines.
• System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related.
• Very Good in English skills, oral and written.
