– Responsible for Entering Deltek Data on daily bases.
– Reconciling Deltek data with cash and bank Journals.
– Assisting Finance Officer with the monthly numbers closing.
– Preparing the financial reports for any internal or external auditors.
– Conducting the monthly scanning according to the appendixes of IMC finance.
– Checking missing documents and following up with signing the backup documents.
– Comparing financial vouchers with the Deltek reports on both UK and US companies.
– Preparing General Journals (GJs) with the reallocations of the entries needed to be reallocated.
– Helping with missing mentioned on the test of transactions report sent to field by internal auditor.
– Controlling documentation and filing the financial documents.
– Preparing AP/AR analysis and submit to Finance Officer to review.
– Preparing Prequalification reports.
– Conducting Offer verification for bidding vendors.
– Preparing weekly tracking sheet for finance department and compare it with Logistic tracking sheet.
– Scanning and archiving all required documents.
– Preparing cash payments and bank transfer.
– Any other tasks related to finance and requested from the Direct Supervisor.

– Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or finance-related fields.
– One to Three years professional experience in Finance.
– Good English (Writing, Speaking and reading).
– Good Computer skills (Advanced Excel Skills and Word).

– Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
– Strong capacity building and facilitation skills.
– Good Communication Skills.
– Able to work under pressure.
– Familiar with the Syrian Labor Law preferable and financial regulation.
– Previous experience in INGO is preferable.
– Ability to travel outside Damascus and visit IMC sites when needed.
