Summary of Key Functions:
- Implementation of Administrative tasks;
- Coordination with Operation, Finance, and other relevant units;
- Provision of support to Accelerator Lab administrative requirements;
- Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing;
- Support to communication and Social Media Interaction.
Ensures implementation of Administrative tasks, focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Full compliance of administrative activities with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, policies and strategies.
- Provision of inputs to preparation of administrative team results-oriented workplans.
Provides coordination with Operation, focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Receipt of documents. Preparation of all necessary documentation, implementation of follow-up actions, drafting correspondence related to Finance/Procurement.
- Arrangement of travel and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations.
- Support to Lab members
- Administrative support to organization of conferences, workshops, retreats.
- Collection of information for DSA, travel agencies and other administrative surveys.
- Preparation of routine correspondence, faxes, memoranda and reports in accordance with CO SOP.
- Extracting, inputting, copying and filing data from various sources.
- Maintenance of files in Administrative Unit
Provides support to Accelerator lab administrative requirements, focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Collection of information on Lab assets management, maintenance of records and files on assets management.
- Maintenance of files and records relevant to Lab administration.
Provides support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the CO, focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Participation in the training for the operations/projects staff.
- Contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice.
Provides support to Communication and Social media interactions in the CO, focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Participation in the lab communication with all relevant units.
- Participation in the translation of the lab reports and posts.
- Manage the accelerator Lab social media posts and announcements in coordination with the communication unit
- Coordinate all data collection activities with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
Secondary Education with 4 years of relevant experience or
A first-level university degree with 1 year of relevant of experience.
Experience:
4 years of relevant administrative experience.
Experience in English / Arabic translation. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Forms, Kobo etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
