• Managing a portfolio of beneficiaries.
• Maintain proper documentation records, for all the cases in the center with respect the privacy of beneficiaries.
• Meeting with beneficiaries on a regular basis.
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactively managing providers.
• Refer beneficiaries to the needed services.
• Accurately updating and maintain beneficiaries
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case information.
• Helping to manage beneficiaries’ needs and services in areas.
• Work to create intervention plan.
• Follow up all beneficiaries after referral to insure that the services were deliver.
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates ( minimum hours of attendance at the office should be achieved )
– should Maintain confidentiality of information

• At least 1 year of case management.
• Previous experience working for a NGO or international organization an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social studies or related field.
• Ability to follow up on a range of projects and tasks.
• Acceptance level in written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills: Word, Outlook.
