Responsibilities
– Develop program initiatives and outlines.
– Develops best practices to improve overall program performance.
– Conduct program reviews and prepare the required tasks
– Implementation of work plans in coordination with the team.
– Budget tracking and expense management activities for the program.
– Plan and execute program activities in a timely and accurate manner.
– Responsible of ensuring the implementation of child protection policy in all SOS Projects.
– Ensure all stakeholders have up to date project information
– Ensure quality management within the program and implements the recommendation from national and international quality audits and/or evaluations.
– Ensure that proper monitoring and evaluation system is put in place and applied in the program
– Ensure the effective implementation of the HR Cycle in the Program following national legal requirements and SOS guidelines.
Qualifications :
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including a supportive working style.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize information
– Professional knowledge in English writing and reading,
– Professional computer skills
– Excellent report-writing skills
