الوصف

Responsibilities
Objective 1: Accountancy & Administration

-Managing the Base Cash Books and taking responsibility for the payment of all expenditures done through the Cash Books and plan the bank payments
-Registration of all transactions in the accountancy book
Prepare the base expenses/cashflow forecast on two-weekly basis and send it to Damascus
-Ensuring, that the invoices and the receipts are properly filled and translate them into English

Objective 2: Supply Chain Management

-Conduct and plan procurement needs for office as per AAH guidelines and procedures
-archiving of all the procurement documentation as per AAH guidelines and procedures.
-Responsible for the procurement dossiers conducted by specific partners and verifications of deliveries

Objective 3: Reporting Management

-Update and share on monthly basis the PFU & CFU of the Base.
-Update and maintain the equipment and inventory list of the Base
Reporting to Finance/ADMIN Coordinator and Logistics coordinator on a regular basis
-Any other work duties assigned by the Finance/ADMIN Coordinator and Logistics coordinator

Objective 4: Movements & Transportation

-Responsible for the movements of staff
-Responsible of the fill, completion, and signature collection for all the TRF of the Base
-Responsible for the hotel booking for national and international visitors and picking planning from airport or border.

Objective 5: Premises maintenance

-Ensure the maintenance of the premises, no malfunctions in the premises. (electricity, gas, fuel, water, washrooms, etc.)
-Ensure that all the needed working materials are always available (stationery, equipment, etc.)

Objective 6: Logistics HR Management

-Ensure that the staff under his / her management acts according the AAH code of conduct and guidelines.
-Ensure that the staff under his / her management arrives on time to duties.

Qualifications
-Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or any relevant file
-1 years of professional work experience in similar role
-Knowledge in Humanitarian Principles
-Knowledge in Logistics in Humanitarian Field
-Translation skills.
-Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
-Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Dynamic with good organizational skills
-Stress resistance, ability to work in high pressure environment
-Mobility National and international
