Main Role
The Accounting Unit Manager is responsible for supervising and leading the processing of transactional
finance accounting for SARC. The Accounting Unit Manager will ensure the implementation of accounting activities, policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Operational Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure the implementation of adequate internal control parameters designed to safeguard the assets of the Society and ensure the validity and accuracy of the Organization’s financial information.
Ensure preparation of cheques according to policies and procedures, and maintenance of cheques within internal control parameters.
And have an Experience in ERP System is a plus.
Function Specific Experience
Experience in financial accounting
Industry Related Experience
Experience in similar volunteer-based organizations or humanitarian organizations preferred
