تـم إعـداد هـذا التقريـر الوطنـي، الـى جانـب تقاريـر وطنية أخـر ى وتقرير إقليمـي في إطـار مرصد الفضـاء المدني الـذ ي بدأتـه الشـبكة عـام 2018 .يسـعى المرصـد الـى مواكبة األخبـار والتطـورات المتعلقـة بالمجتمـع المدني وبيئـة عملـه وإلـى تحليلهـا.
