الوصف

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Clerk requires knowledge of general human resources operations at coordinating various administrative aspects of Human Resources. Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality, coordinating information for reports to support the department activities
– Enters and maintains employee information in relational databases of human resources information
– Prepares correspondence, notices, spreadsheets, charts, forms, agendas
– Receives, handles, and files confidential and private information pertaining to the District and its employees, including employee evaluations, employee profile ,time sheet , disciplinary actions….
– Operate a variety of office tools, including computers, specialized softwares, photocopiers, fax machines, and printers
– Support the recruitment process by mailing applicant notifications .
– Maintain department supplies and process invoice for payment
– Proofread materials for correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
– Responsible for processing of employees package and
– Board items related to their employment. Including referral, follow up, and clearance. Live Scan fingerprints.
– Prepare, process, and review a variety of documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records for completeness.

Qualifications
• Academic degree in Human Resources Management or Administration
• Proven relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Syrian Labor, Social Security and Tax Laws
• Conversant with personnel and performance management processes
• High sense of confidentiality
• Teamwork spirit & attitude
• Microsoft Office Skills

• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the non-disclosure of any information whatsoever relating to the practices and normal execution of duty
