Responsibilities
– Coordination of the project site of the daily implementation of activities and with other partners in the field.
– Prepare daily, weekly reports to the line manager and PDM Manager
– Coordinate with the field responsible of SARC and SARC volunteers to assure the distribution process.
– Coordinate and act as a focal point between COOPI and the stakeholders in the field.
– Support the field visits needed by COOPI.
– Liaison with the beneficiaries and collect information on any problems or complaints about the project and the distribution process and report them to the Line Manager.
– Explain the distribution modality to the volunteers.
– Ensure that the implementation process is always done according to plan.
– Support the implementation of awareness campaigns.
Qualifications
• Good spoken and written English and Arabic
• Teamwork and cooperative attitude
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
